El passat dissabte 16 de novembre va tenir lloc a l’auditori Dr. Isaac Contel de la Policlínica Comarcal del Vendrell, la VIII Jornada de Pediatria sota el títol «VIII Actualització en Pediatria d’Atenció Primària: Patologia Respiratòria Prevalent».
Al llarg de la jornada, es van tractar temes que estan a l’ordre del dia, com ara: el refredat comú, la faringitis, la sinusistis, la grip, l’otitis mitjana aguda, externa, recurrent, l’otitis mitjana crònica i la guia d’antibiòtics en patologia respiratòria alta de la mà del Dr. Josep de la Flor. Per la seva banda, la Dra. Marisa Ridao va versar la seva ponència en la laringitis, la pneumònia, la bronquiolitis i l’asma.
Durant la jornada els ponents van debatre i van interactuar amb els més de 90 participants, tots ells professionals de la sanitat pediàtrica. Una jornada de gran èxit que un any més va comptar amb la distinció i el reconeixement per part de l’Associació Espanyola de Pediatria (AEP).
