To also improve our mental and emotional state, it is recommended to do things that bring us well-being and peace, such as meditating, reading, grooming, health treatments (massages, skin care, etc.).

In relation to mental well-being, we must also take into account the benefits of laughing, since when we are laughing, in general, our brain releases endorphins that make us feel happier and more positive towards ourselves and our environment.

In conclusion, any action we take that brings benefits and health to our body at a physical, psychological and social level will be positive for us.
